Traditional investment brokerage services involving stocks, bonds, mutual funds etc.
Fee based wealth management services are offered on the following basis either through CFD Investments/RBC Dain Rauscher or through outside Third Parties. If the client's aggregate balance of accounts is less than $100,000 they will be managed on a commission basis only.
Fee based financial and estate planning services.
Life insurance and Long Term Care insurance for residents of the State of California.
These services are provided on a fee basis at the rate of .75% of the total value of the estate with a minimum fee of $10,000. For estates in excess of 10 Million the fee is .5% of the estate’s value. Additional fees for outside third parties such as but not limited to appraisers, attorneys, accountants, auctioneers, tradesmen, real estate professionals, title searches, investigators etc. will be billed separately as incurred and are in addition to the above-mentioned fees.
Consulting services are available on a per hour basis at $200.00 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. Professional witness services in legal and or arbitration matters are not available.
